Terms of Sale
These terms apply when you buy or download templates from Spotlark Studio at studio.spotlarkmedia.com. Please read them before you buy.
Who we are
Spotlark Studio is run by Abhinav Pandey, an individual sole proprietor based in India, trading as Spotlark Studio. Spotlark Studio is a Spotlark Media brand. You can reach us at hello@spotlarkmedia.com.
What we sell
We sell digital templates only: fillable PDF forms, editable documents and spreadsheet templates. Everything is delivered as a download. Nothing is shipped.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, which is the merchant of record for all our sales. Dodo Payments takes your payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and sends your receipt. Their checkout terms also apply to your purchase.
Delivery
After checkout you get an instant download link by email. You can re-download your files any time from the customer portal. If your email doesn't arrive, check your spam or promotions folder, then email us.
Your license
When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for one business location.
You may:
- fill, sign, print and use the templates with your clients at that location;
- let staff who work at that location use them;
- edit them for your own business, for example adding your logo, studio name, prices or policies.
You may not:
- resell, share, give away, sublicense or redistribute the files, whether edited or not;
- upload them to template marketplaces, shared libraries or public drives;
- present the templates as your own designs for others to use.
The templates and their design remain the copyright of Spotlark Studio. If you need the templates for more than one location, email us before using them there.
Not legal or medical advice
Our templates are professionally written, but they are not legal or medical advice. Rules vary by state, country and license. You are responsible for checking your scope of practice and for having your final forms reviewed by a local professional before you use them.

Limitation of liability
The templates are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you bought applies to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
