Our promise
If the files don't open or don't work for you, or they aren't what the page described, email us at hello@spotlarkmedia.com within 14 days of purchase. We'll fix it, or refund you in full.
How to ask
- Email hello@spotlarkmedia.com from the address you used at checkout, or include it in your message.
- Tell us what you bought and what went wrong. A screenshot helps if a file won't open.
- We reply within one business day (Monday to Saturday).
How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. How long it takes to show on your statement depends on your bank or card provider.
