This policy explains what information Spotlark Studio collects on studio.spotlarkmedia.com and how we use it. Spotlark Studio is run by Abhinav Pandey, a sole proprietor in India. Contact: hello@spotlarkmedia.com.
Free sample form
When you request the free sample, we collect your first name, your email address and whether you ticked "Send me occasional tips and new templates". If you arrived from a link with campaign tags (UTM tags, such as the name of an ad or newsletter), we save those tags with your request so we know which links people find useful.
The form is handled by Netlify Forms, part of our website host. We use your details to give you the sample. We only send you tips and new templates if you ticked the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Orders and payments
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Dodo Payments collects and handles your order and payment details, including your billing information. We never see or store your card details. Dodo Payments shares with us what we need to deliver your files and help you, such as your name, email address and what you bought.
Cookies and analytics
We don't use tracking cookies or analytics on this site right now. If we add any in the future, such as an advertising pixel, we will update this policy first.
Like any website, some technical data is processed to deliver pages: our host, Netlify, handles basic request data such as IP addresses to run and protect the site, and our fonts load from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this shop: Netlify (hosting and forms), Dodo Payments (checkout, payment and receipts) and Google Fonts (web fonts). These services may process data outside your country, including in the United States and India.
How long we keep it
We keep free sample requests until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them. Order records are kept as long as needed for tax and accounting rules.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@spotlarkmedia.com. We reply within one business day and complete requests within 30 days. To stop tips and new-template emails, use the unsubscribe link in any email or just email us.
Children
This site is for beauty business owners and is not directed at children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
